WHERE THE MONEY GOES
All donations we receive are used to accomplish our mission – to enhance the quality of life of seniors.
For the past year, all donation goes to Kanopi Nursing Home, which provide care for seniors needing medical attention. The nursing home is hugely supported by Kanopi Insan Sejahtera which provides caregivers and nurses. The nursing home itself is rented by Kanopi Insan Sejahtera for the next 2 years. Most of the seniors needs financial support for their living in the nursing home and some part of medication and treatment. Each patient roughly needs 728 USD support per month for their care; not to mention salary of caregivers and nurses and staffs that currently still bear on Kanopi Insan Sejahtera side.
The nursing home has not yet meet the proper facility requirement for a nursing home. What we can do at the moment is providing the service, as the house is rented. To have a proper facility, it will requires no less than 1 million USD. Shall in the next 2 years we can gather the fund, we will have the Kanopi Nursing Home as our own with proper facilities and care.
The Foundation works is not only on Kanopi Nursing Home, we are going to help healthy and productive seniors to sell their products with our brand.
PROVIDE AN ENDOWMENT DONATION
All donations to our endowment fund are perpetually endowed, which means they are invested forever. Income generated from our endowment fund are used to accomplish our mission. Other Donations
The Sincere Foundation accepts nearly every kind of asset. Most non-cash gifts are liquidated immediately and the proceeds transferred to the investment portfolio.
